Brenda L. Bilek, PhD

BB_gfphotoDr. Brenda Bilek, Certified Drugless Practioner, PhD in Nutritional Sciences, is dedicated to empowering individuals to stay healthy (the true preventative medicine) to get healthy (maintenance/disease reversal), and live meaningful lives free from disease though lifestyle choices.
Since 2009, Dr. B has assisted clients with their nutritional deficiencies, through evidence based protocols. Recognizing there is more to being healthy than nutrition, but about a complete balance, i.e., exercise, emotional well-being, social life, and a healthy career choice, has led her to additional education/certifications to better serve her clients.

Her company, Balanced Lifestyles, provides innovative and researched based solutions to educate clients in taking responsibility for their health working with those who are looking to reverse and prevent disease, and supporting healthy aging. That is what Balanced Lifestyles, LLC, is all about – designing a healthy self-care regimen you can live with!
What sets the stage for success? Balanced Lifestyles’ ability to work in tandem with you and/or with your allopathic/naturopathic physician, designing individual programs necessary to restore health, providing the support and education necessary to correct any nutritional deficiencies, overcoming behavior roadblocks, and any physical challenges, equals success!
Additionally, Dr. B is proud to be a faculty member of Kingdom College of Natural Health and an author of a soon to be published book “Did I Put That In My Cart?”, educational material that assists consumers in deciphering food labels, analyzing the ‘ingredients’ that truly make up the ‘foods’ we are putting in our shopping carts.
She lives in the foothills of the Superstition Mountains in Mesa Arizona with her husband and Shih Tzu. In her leisure time, she enjoys international travel, piano and crafting.
